MODEL 20007/2008 chair by Alexander Begge for Casala

The 2007/2008 model, also known as the Casalino chair, was originally designed in the early 1970s by Alexander Begge for the German furniture brand Casala. Made from a single piece of moulded plastic, the chair exemplifies the era’s fascination with the structural and formal possibilities of plastic, enabled by the industrial process of injection moulding.

In good vintage condition, with a few pin-point chips on the paint of the plastic seats (see pictures).
