1980s PYRAMID desk lamp by IKEA

The Pyramid lamp first appeared in the 1981 catalog of the Swedish manufacturer IKEA, until it was ultimately discontinued in 1984. Strongly inspired by the visual simplicity of the infamous Aggregato lamp by the Italian designer Enzo Mari, the Pyramid takes its minimalism even further by stripping out all unnecessary details.

In great vintage condition, with subtle streak-like discoloration on the lampshade (barely visible as seen on pictures).
