1960s’ floor lamp by HEMI

With its archetypal shape and its clever use of material, this floor lamp manufactured in the 1960s’ by the swedish manufacturer HEMI is a great example of how form and function intersect into a good design. The mechanism along its central mast allows for a variety of heights and the shade can be rotated to direct light at a particular task or simply to create a warm atmosphere.

In great vintage condition with minor surface wear and light scratches on the shade (see pictures).
